Amerai has more than 12 years of recognized experience in Spain, guides her students on a magical and healing journey to the deepest part of the being on the path of self realisation. Her method offers a combination of Tantra, Neotantra, Shamanism and Personal Growth Psychotherapy accompanying people to feel the opening of their heart, unconditional love, inner movement, kundalini awakening, yoga, meditation, integrating innerchild work, and the fusion of sexual energy with spirituality and sexual healing in all its amplitude. She also helps people to transcend the psychological issues which are carried as a result of cultural conditioning and past experiences. Amerai has been trained as a Tantra and Neotantra teacher in different internationally recognized schools, such as: Awaken as Love School with James Stevenson, with Margot Anand at Skydancing School in France, with Diana and Michael Richardson: Neotantra for couples in Switzerland, with Charles Muir at Source School of Tantra Yoga in California, with Saul Martinez: Traditional Tantra and Yoga in Spain, and with Carlos de Leon: Traditional Tantra and Love, couple and Liberation modules in Mexico. As a yoga teacher with Sivananda Yoga at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat, Paradise Island (Bahamas). Certified therapist of Codependency and Inner Child Healing at Learning Love Institute by Krishnananda and Amana and as Doula by Quiero Ser Doula school, accredited by Red Mundial de Doulas. 2022. She has also trained as a therapist combining techniques such as NLP, Hypnosis, Gestalt Therapy and Conscious Breathwork in Barcelona.

Amerai has taught group courses and individual sessions in Spain, Hawaii, Kasahastan, Austria, Costa Rica, India, Greece and Portugal. And in Spain, she is teaching the third edition for teachers of Tantra, Neotantra and Conscious Sexuality.

Movement, psychology, sexuality, and human relationships are my greatest passions, which have also become my professional path. I feel incredibly fortunate and honored to work in fields that are my love, life-giving energy, and mission. For the past 12 years, I have been involved in personal development, holistic bodywork, supporting women in reclaiming their power, and couples in building conscious, fulfilling relationships.

My journey in holistic development has evolved from social dance to various forms of stage and intuitive dance, yoga, massage therapy, breathwork, and tantric practices. I have also explored Gestalt psychotherapy and delved deep into emotional and sexual work. Over the years, I have participated in numerous courses, festivals, and workshops related to conscious body and mind work, such as ISTA level I and II, Osho meditations, contact improvisation, tantra workshops for couples, tao tantric arts, Movement Medicine, 5 rhythms, breathwork, trauma work, workshops on sexual diversity, shibari, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and voice work. I have had the privilege and pleasure of learning from wonderful teachers from various parts of the world.

For the past 8 years, I have co-founded and run a holistic body and soul practice with my sister and best friend, Magda - MILABO - Mind & Body Experience. In this endeavor, I feel that I am fulfilling my soul's mission to accompany people in finding their power, happiness, fulfillment, and living in truth while being more present with themselves. We organize consciousness festivals, workshops, and personal development retreats. Additionally, I conduct individual and couples sessions within the framework of Gestalt psychotherapy and sexual healing.
